RETURNS
Hey there! We'd love to make sure you're happy. Please return items unworn for a full refund. If it's a bit worn, we'll still give you 50% back or apply 50% to your exchange cost.
You've got a generous 40 days to make up your mind. Once you ask for a return, we'll get back to you within 1-3 business days. Processing your package may take 1-5 more business days.
NOTE: Clearance items are not eligible for return.
EXCHANGES
Good news! We've got your return label covered, no charge at all. When you're switching to something different, we'll apply outbound shipping for the exchange, but if you initially went for PLUS shipping, it's on the house for the exchange too!
NOTE: Exchanges are final, and not eligible for return.
REFUNDS:
Getting money back is awesome! We'll refund your product cost (excluding original shipping charges). Just a heads up, you'll cover the return shipping unless you went for PLUS shipping initially.
REFUND OPTIONS:
- We can refund your original payment method. If you need a return label, it's yours with the applicable charges, unless you initially chose PLUS shipping, then it's free!
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY: Yay! Your NuuSol shoes are backed by a 6-month warranty. If there's a defect, we've got you covered. Let's keep those shoes in tip-top shape! 😊
