RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please return items in their original, unworn condition within 40 days for a full refund. If the item shows signs of wear, we'll offer a 50% refund or apply 50% of the item's value toward your exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us, and we'll respond within 1-3 business days. Once we receive your return, processing may take an additional 1-5 business days.

IMPORTANT: Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. All exchanges are final and cannot be returned.

EXCHANGES

Good news! You can exchange items at a discounted rate, and we'll ship your replacement pair free of charge. If you initially selected PLUS shipping, the entire exchange process is complimentary! Please note that all exchanges are final and not eligible for further return.

REFUNDS

We'll refund the cost of your product (excluding original shipping charges). Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless you initially chose PLUS shipping.
