Hey there! We'd love to make sure you're happy. Please return items unworn for a full refund. If it's a bit worn, we'll still give you 50% back or apply 50% to your exchange cost.

You've got a generous 40 days to make up your mind. Once you ask for a return, we'll get back to you within 1-3 business days. Processing your package may take 1-5 more business days.

IMPORTANT - The sale of Clearance products are considered final, so they are not eligible for return. Exchanges are final, and not eligible for return.

Good news! We've got your return label covered, no charge at all. When you're exchanging to a new pair, we'll apply outbound shipping for the exchange, but if you initially went for PLUS shipping, it's on the house for the exchange too! Exchanges are final, and not eligible for return.

Getting money back is awesome! We'll refund your product cost (excluding original shipping charges). Just a heads up, you'll cover the return shipping unless you went for PLUS shipping initially.
