Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new one.
What is Covered
- Severe marks or dents that won't come out
- Noticeable streaks of color or color contaminants
- Rip or tear in the strap
- Clog snap/button broke off
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper use or care
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage resulting from alterations or modifications made by the user
