Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will replace the product with a new one.

What is Covered

• Severe marks or dents that won't come out
• Noticeable streaks of color or color contaminants
• Rip or tear in the strap
• Clog snap/button broke off

What is Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper use or care
  • Including product shrinkage due to excessive heat exposure
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from alterations or modifications made by the user
